              Important Information for Clinic Organizers

The following is a break-down of responsibilities a Clinic Organizer assumes when booking a clinic with us.  Please read carefully to best understand what you are responsible for, and how we'd like to reward you for your time!
              Advertising:
You will be responsible to attract enough participants to fill the clinic (see below for number of participants per clinic).  This can be done via:
Distributing/posting clinic posters at local tack stores, feed stores, fair grounds, or other locations where you would expect to find horse enthusiasts.  You can find the clinic posters, ready to be downloaded and printed out, at the bottom of the clinic page on our website.

Generating a phone and/or email listand answer any questions received.
Arena Set-up: If needed, arrange for 2 round pens to be set up side by side.

              Participant Lunch:
You can choose to organize a supplied lunch for an extra charge or arrange for everyone to bring their own.

              Participant Equipment:
Ensure participants come prepared with, or have access to, the following:
rope halter  (will be available for purchase at the clinic)
               dressage whip
               lunge whip
               loose ring snaffle

              Optional:
              lawn chair
              tarp
              Flag  (Flag on stick)
              helmet

              Clinic Details:
              Number of Participants
maximum of 14 in total (for minimum, see below)
               must have 12 paying participants
               1 clinic organizer
               1 facility/arena owner

The minimum number of participants accepted at any clinic will depend on the expenses incurred to rent the facility.
The clinic will require a minimum of 12 paying participants in order for the clinic organizer and/or facility owner to participate free of charge.  If either are not interested, we can enter another paying participant in the clinic.

              Cost
Cost of a 3-day clinic is $450 plus HST
Cost of Specialty Clinics (where cattle are involved) will be discussed upon the booking of that clinic.
Cost of auditing only is $25 per day or $65 for all 3 days
